Late-night lift

A local tuk-tuk legend can run you back to your B&B - but only the nearby ones (North Curry / Stoke St Gregory) for logistical reasons. He fits 3 people at a time, so line up your lift home and keep the party going till the very end.

What to bring if you're camping

It's a DIY weekend in a field, so come prepared. The basics:

01

Camping kit

Tent, sleeping bag, pillow, torch. The ground is hard as rock everywhere and there's no grass to cushion it - so an airbed or decent mat is essential. Bring heavy-duty tent pegs and a big hammer. Plus games / activities to while away the dreamy hours.

02

Your own food & drink

Bring food and drink for as long as you're staying. We'll have two outdoor griddles and a kettle on the go for you to use. Possibly (but can't promise) a fridge.

03

Layers (and wellies)

Warm clothes for evenings round the fire. Wellies and waterproofs if it's a wet one.

04

Sun stuff

Sun cream, hat, some pop up shelters if you have any... fingers crossed for August.

05

A camping chair

Or a picnic blanket. Somewhere comfy to park yourself.

06

Instruments

If you play, bring it. There will be a fire and singing late into the night.

Food and Drink

At the Frog Lane Camping Party site, we will have...

  • Beer, wine, cider

Enough to get us going, but bring a bottle or twenty to contribute.

  • Soft drinks

Same vibe. We'll have enough to start off, but bring some softs if you drink em, and stuff for your kids.

  • Canapés

Bits and bobs to nibble on, early Saturday evening.

  • Evening eats

Lasagne for all. Dietary requirements, needs and desires catered for.
